Application of fast recovery surgical nursing and traditional nursing in perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy
快速康复外科护理与传统护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的应用研究

摘要

目的 比较分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中传统护理、快速康复外科护理的作用。方法本次实验跨越2020年8月至2022年5月这一时间段，研究人员对88例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者进行研究。将双盲对照原则作为本次实验所选患者的分组依据，研究人员在本次实验中分别采用传统护理、快速康复外科护理来完成对照组及实验组患者护理工作，记录对照组及实验组所选患者术后并发症出现情况、术后疼痛评分、平均出院天数、术后下床时间、肛门排气时间，并加以分析比较。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者中分别有8人及2人出现术后并发症，占比分别为18.18%及4.55%，组间患者术后并发症出现概率之间的差异是不容忽视的，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者术后疼痛评分之间存在着不容忽视的差距，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者平均出院天数、术后下床时间、肛门排气时间方面的数据均有着不容忽视的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论 在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中快速康复外科护理的应用效果显著优于传统护理，有着较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To compare and analyze the effect of traditional nursing and fast recovery surgical nursing in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Methods This study spanned the time period from August 2020 to May 2022 in 88 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Taking the principle of double-blind control as the basis for grouping selected patients in this experiment, the researchers used traditional nursing and fast recovery surgical nursing to complete the nursing work of patients in the control group and the experimental group, and recorded the results of the control group and the experimental group. The occurrence of postoperative complications, postoperative pain score, average discharge days, postoperative ambulation time, and anal exhaust time were selected and compared.
Results Eight and two patients in the control group and the experi- mental group had postoperative complications, accounting for 18.18% and 4.55%, respectively. The difference in the probability of postoperative complications between the groups cannot be ignored. There was a significant difference between the postoperative pain scores of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group, (p<0.05); The data of bed time and anal exhaust time all have gaps that cannot be ignored (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of fast recovery surgical nursing in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is significantly better than that of traditional nursing, and it has a high application value.
