摘要
一个国家或地区卫生健康水平、经济和社会发展水平以及人口综合素质都可以通过国民营养与健康状况进行直观反映。在社会经济发展过程中良好的营养和健康状况可以提供坚实的基础作用，这也是未来社会经济发展的首要目标。对居民营养与健康状况进行详细探讨可以为实现国民营养和健康状况改善提供渐渐作用，进而促进社会经济实现协调发展。

Abstract
The health level, economic and social development level and population comprehensive quality of a country or region can be directly reflected by national nutrition and health status. Good nutrition and health can provide a solid foundation for socio-economic development, which is the primary goal of future socio-economic development. The detailed discussion on the nutrition and health status of residents can provide gradual effect for the improvement of national nutrition and health status, and then promote the coordinated development of social economy.
