Determination of ethanol residues in kanamycin sulfate by headspace gas chromatography
顶空气相色谱法测定硫酸卡那霉素中的乙醇残留

摘要

建立一种用于测定硫酸卡那霉素中的乙醇的顶空气相色谱法，采用外标法进行测定。对分析方法的专属性、线性、重复性、准确度、检测限、定量限进行验证。结果表明，本法专属性良好，在范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9997），重复性RSD为0.75%，准确度平均回收率为93.9%，RSD为2.3%，检测限与定量限分别为0.01µg/mL、0.05µg/mL，相当于样品中乙醇浓度分别魏0.02ppm、0.1ppm。该方法简便灵敏，可用于硫酸卡那霉素中乙醇残留的定量测定。

Abstract

A headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of ethanol in kanamycin sulfate was established, and the external standard method was used for the determination. The specificity, linearity, repeatability, accuracy, detection limit and quantification limit of the analytical method were verified. The results show that this method has good specificity, good linear relationship within the range (r=0.9997), the repeatability RSD is 0.75%, the average recovery rate of accuracy is 93.9%, the RSD is 2.3%, the detection limit and quantification limit are 0.01, respectively µg/mL and 0.05µg/mL, which are equivalent to 0.02ppm and 0.1ppm of ethanol in the samples, respectively. The method is simple and sensitive, and can be used for the quantitative determination of ethanol residues in kanamycin sulfate.
