摘要

目的 在消化内科护理中，对护士分组护理制度的应用进行分析，了解其应用效果。方法 研究开展阶段即2021年4月至2022年4月，将在本院接受消化内科治疗的患者视为研究样本，在此过程中选取患者的数量为80例，将患者资料整理后利用计算机相关软件进行顺序编排，同时应用分组软件完成小组建立。分入参照组中的40例患者应用常规功能制护理方法，分入研究组的40例患者应护士分组护理制度。护理过程中记录相关研究数据，进行分析并将其作为研究指标。结果 将护理后的护理质量和护理效率作为主要分析项目，研究组护理后各项护理质量均高于参照组，同时护理效率比参照组高，存在明显的优势（P＜0.05），结果说明差异有统计学意义。结论 在消化内科护理中采用消化内科护士分组护理制度，能够有效地促进护理质量提高，使护理工作效率更进一步，具有较高的临床借鉴价值，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of nurse group nursing system in the nursing of gastroenterology department, and to understand its application effect.
Methods During the research development stage, from April 2021 to April 2022, patients receiving gastroenterology treatment in our hospital were regarded as research samples. During this process, the number of patients was selected as 80, and the data of the patients were sorted out using computer The related software is arranged in sequence, and the grouping software is used to complete the group establishment. The 40 patients in the reference group were assigned to the routine functional nursing method, and the 40 patients assigned to the research group were assigned to the nursing group by nurses. Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process, analyzed and used as research indicators.
Results Taking the nursing quality and nursing efficiency after nursing as the main analysis items, the nursing quality after nursing in the research group was higher than that in the reference group, and the nursing efficiency was higher than that in the reference group, with obvious advantages (P<0.05). The results show that The difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   Adopting the nursing group nursing system of gastroenterology nurses in the nursing of gastroenterology can effectively promote the improvement of nursing quality and further the nursing work efficiency. It has high clinical reference value and is worthy of promotion.
