摘要

目的 探讨激励式护理干预对甲状腺癌患者的应用效果。方法 随机选取2019年1月-2020年12月我院接收的64名甲状腺癌患者作为本研究对象，通过随机数字表法对研究对象进行分组，分别为参照组和观察组，每组各32名。参照组和观察组分别采用常规护理干预、激励式护理干预，对两组患者心理状态、生存质量情况进行研究比较。结果 心理状态方面，观察组焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于常规组，组间差异明显，具有统计学意义，P<0.05。生存质量方面，观察组角色功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总体健康评分均高于参照组，组间差异明显，存在统计学价值，P<0.05。结论 将激励式护理干预应用在甲状腺癌患者护理干预中，可以有效化解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，能够减少患者心理负担，患者生存质量能够得到明显提升，具有临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of motivational nursing intervention on patients with thyroid cancer.
Methods 64 thyroid cancer patients received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects, and the subjects were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. name. The reference group and the observation group were treated with routine nursing intervention and incentive nursing intervention, respectively, to compare the psychological state and quality of life of the two groups of patients.
Results In terms of psychological state, the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant, P<0.05. In terms of quality of life, the role function, physical function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, and overall health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group, with significant differences between groups, with statistical value, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of motivational nursing intervention in the nursing intervention of patients with thyroid cancer can effectively resolve the anxiety and depression of patients, reduce the psychological burden of patients, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients, which has clinical application value.
