护患沟通技巧在外科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在实施外科护理期间护患沟通技巧应用可行性。方法 选取2019年7月～2021年4月收治的100例外科患者进行护理研究；随机分为常规组（采用常规外科护理方式完成临床干预）和研究组（在常规组基础上，给予护患沟通技巧干预），各50例；比较两组患者生活质量评分（心理功能、社会功能、物质状态、躯体功能）、护理总满意度以及并发症（尿潴留、感染、压疮、出血）总发生率。结果 护理前，研究组、常规组心理功能、社会功能、物质状态以及躯体功能评分比较，未呈现出明显差异（P>0.05）；护理后，研究组、常规组心理功能、社会功能、物质状态以及躯体功能评分比较，呈现出明显差异（P<0.05）；研究组护理总满意度（98.00%）高于常规组护理总满意度（80.00%）（P<0.05）；研究组并发症（尿潴留、感染、压疮、出血）总发生率低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 护患沟通技巧合理运用，可将外科患者生活质量、护理满意度显著提高，将尿潴留、感染、压疮、出血等并发症出现减少，促进外科患者良好预后。

Abstract

Objective To explore the feasibility of the application of nurse-patient communication skills during the implementation of surgical nursing.
Methods Select 100 surgical patients who were admitted from July 2019 to April 2021 for nursing research; they were randomly divided into routine group (completing clinical intervention by routine surgical nursing) and research group (on the basis of routine group, nursing patients were given Communication skills intervention), 50 cases in each group; the quality of life scores (psychological function, social function, material status, physical function), total nursing satisfaction and the total incidence of complications (urinary retention, infection, pressure ulcer, bleeding) were compared between the two groups Rate.
Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological function, social function, material status and physical function between the study group and the routine group (P>0.05). Compared with the scores of state and physical function, there were significant differences (P<0.05); the total nursing satisfaction of the research group (98.00%) was higher than that of the routine group (80.00%) (P<0.05); the complications of the research group ( The total incidence of urinary retention, infection, pressure ulcers, bleeding) was lower than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rational use of nurse-patient communication skills can significantly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of surgical patients, reduce complications such as urinary retention, infection, pressure ulcers, and bleeding, and promote a good prognosis for surgical patients.
