Application effect of detail management in neurology nursing management
细节管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 为达到提高神经能力护理管理质量目的，在本文中着重探究了细节管理的实际应用效果。方法 此次研究所进行对比实验的患者均抽取于院内神经内科，随机选取90例，根据护理管理模式的区别应用盲抽的方式将其分为沿用常规管理模式的对照组以及实施细节管理的观察组，对比两组患者不良事件发生率以及护理效果与满意度评分。结果 研究所得，在不良事件发生率对比过程中观察组发生情况明显较低，而且护理效果评分相对较高，满意度也大幅度提升，（P＜0.05）。结论 对于神经内科而言，若想有效提高整体护理管理质量，可全面应用细节管理模式，其对护理效果的改善、满意度的提升以及各不良事件的降低均可起到积极促进作用。

Abstract

Objective In order to improve the quality of neurological ability nursing management, this paper focuses on the practical application effect of detail management.
Methods The patients in the comparative experiment in this research were all selected from the neurology department of the hospital, and 90 cases were randomly selected. According to the difference of nursing management mode, they were divided into the control group who followed the conventional management mode and the control group who implemented the detailed management by blind sampling. In the observation group, the incidence of adverse events, nursing effect and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.
Results According to the results of the study, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower during the comparison of the incidence of adverse events, and the nursing effect score was relatively high, and the satisfaction rate was also greatly improved (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For the neurology department, if we want to effectively improve the quality of overall nursing management, the detailed management model can be fully applied, which can positively promote the improvement of nursing effect, the improvement of satisfaction and the reduction of various adverse events.
