Influence of nurse stratified management on nursing quality and patient satisfaction ingastroenterology department
护士分层管理对消化内科护理质量及患者满意度的影响

摘要

目的 研究在消化内科护理工作中应用护士分层管理的临床效果以及对护理质量、患者满意度的影响。方法 在本次研究中，已经纳入70例患者作为研究对象，对其实施专业诊断后确认符合消化系统疾病诊断标准。同时，为达成研究目的，对患者予以随机分组，最终将其分配为对照组、观察组，并分别应用常规护理管理、护理分层管理，比较不同护理管理模式下的护理质量评分和患者满意度。结果 统计、比较了不同护理管理模式下的技术操作、仪器管理、病房管理和护理文书等方面的护理质量评分，结果显示观察组的护理质量评分相对更高，（P＜0.05）。与此同时，对两组患者发放了满意度调查问卷，围绕健康宣教、护理态度、心理干预和护理水平四个方面进行满意度评估，其中观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 通过护士分层管理的应用，有助于提高消化内科护理质量和患者满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical effect of applying nurse stratified management in the nursing work of gastroenterology department and its influence on nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
Methods In this study, 70 patients have been included as research objects, and they were confirmed to meet the diagnostic criteria of digestive system diseases after professional diagnosis. At the same time, in order to achieve the purpose of the research, the patients were randomly divided into groups and finally assigned to the control group and the observation group, and the routine nursing management and nursing stratified management were respectively applied to compare the nursing quality score and patient satisfaction under different nursing management modes. .
Results The nursing quality scores of technical operation, instrument management, ward management and nursing documents under different nursing management modes were counted and compared. The results showed that the nursing quality scores of the observation group were relatively higher (P<0.05). At the same time, a satisfaction questionnaire was distributed to the two groups of patients, and the satisfaction evaluation was carried out in four aspects: health education, nursing attitude, psychological intervention and nursing level. The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The application of nurses' hierarchical management can help to improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction in gastroenterology.
