护理伦理决策在我国甚至全球都是一个较为热门的研究课题。护理伦理学的应用主要是为了提高护理工作人员的专业素养、基本业务能力，在满足病患需求的前提条件下，促进患者疾病的康复、降低痛苦等。然而在面对护理伦理学实践中的决策时，往往或多或少都存在着一定的困境和挑战，难以做出较为专业、正确的决策。本文从护理伦理学决策的相关理念、目前的状况、在辩证法状态下应用决策的情况分析等内容展开了综述，以强调在马克思主义哲学中应用护理伦理学决策的重要意义，以期为临床后续研究中提供参考价值。

Abstract
