Observation on Curative Effect of Goat Milk Vitamin D Calcium Tablets Combined with Jianpi Zhenjing Ointment in the Treatment of Rickets

摘要
目的 探究羊乳维D钙片联合健脾镇惊膏方治疗佝偻病的疗效。方法 选取我院佝偻病患儿80例，根据随机数字表法进行分组。两组均给予维生素D滴剂治疗，对照组40例采用健脾镇惊膏方，观察组40例在此基础上增加羊乳维D钙片，对比两组患儿治疗后疗效。结果：观察组治疗后Ca、P、血清 25-（OH）D3、 临床有效率高于对照组，有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论：羊乳维D钙片联合健脾镇惊膏方治疗，可减轻患儿枕秃、多汗等不良症状，提高维生素D、钙的吸收，提高临床有效率。

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of goat milk vitamin D calcium tablets combined with Jianpi Zhenjing ointment in the treatment of rickets. Methods A total of 80 children with rickets in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with vitamin D drops, 40 cases in the control group were treated with Jianpi Zhenjing ointment, and 40 cases in the observation group were added with goat milk vitamin D calcium tablets on this basis, and the curative effects of the two groups of children after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, the effective rate of Ca, P, serum 25-(OH)D3, and clinical effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : Goat's milk vitamin D calcium tablets combined with Jianpi Zhenjing ointment can alleviate adverse symptoms such as alopecia areata and hyperhidrosis in children, improve the absorption of vitamin D and calcium, and improve clinical effectiveness.
