Observation on the curative effect of goat milk vitamin D calcium tablets combined with Jianpi Xiaoshi ointment in the treatment of infantile anorexia

摘要
目的 探讨厌食症患儿采用羊乳维D钙片联合健脾消食膏方治疗效果。方法 将我院85例厌食症患儿掷币法分为两组，对照组42例患儿接受羊乳维D钙片治疗，观察组43例患儿在对照组用药基础上联合健脾消食膏方治疗，比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 羊乳维D钙片联合健脾消食膏方治疗厌食症患儿效果显著，二者能明显提高患儿食欲及食量，且服用方便、口味宜人，更易于患儿接受，值得临床推荐。

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of goat milk vitamin D calcium tablets combined with Jianpi Xiaoshi ointment in children with anorexia. Methods 85 children with anorexia in our hospital were divided into two groups by tossing coins. 42 children in the control group were treated with goat milk vitamin D calcium tablets, and 43 children in the observation group were treated with the medicine in the control group combined with Jianpi Xiaoshi ointment Prescription treatment, compare the treatment effect of the two groups of children. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Goat's milk vitamin D calcium tablets combined with Jianpi Xiaoshi ointment have a significant effect in the treatment of children with anorexia. The two can significantly increase the appetite and appetite of the children, and are convenient to take, have a pleasant taste, and are more acceptable to children. They are worthy of clinical recommendation.
