The influences of glycyrrhizic acid diammonium capsules combined with bicyclic alcohol tablets in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis on immunological indicators and the degree of liver fibrosis

摘要
目的：探讨甘草酸二铵胶囊联合双环醇片治疗自身免疫性肝炎对免疫学指标及肝纤维化程度的影响。方法：选取本院收治的80例自身免疫性肝炎患者作为研究对象，使用随机数字表法分为两组（n=40），对照组单用甘草酸二铵胶囊，联合组在对照组基础上加用双环醇片，对比两组治疗前后的免疫学指标、肝纤维化指标、临床疗效等。结果：联合组治疗后的ALT、AST水平及肝硬度均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗后的IgG、γ球蛋白水平均显著降低（P<0.05），但组间比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）。联合组治疗后的症状总积分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。联合组的治疗总有效率为87.50%，显著高于对照组的60.00%（P<0.05）。结论：甘草酸二铵胶囊联合双环醇片治疗自身免疫性肝炎能够有效调节患者的免疫功能，减轻肝纤维化程度，提高临床疗效。

Abstract
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the influences of glycyrrhizic acid diammonium capsules combined with bicyclic alcohol tablets in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis on immunological indicators and the degree of liver fibrosis. Methods: 80 patients with autoimmune hepatitis were divided into two groups by random number table (n=40). The control group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate alone. The combined group increased bicyclol tablets on the basis of the control group. Then compared the immunological indicators, liver fibrosis indicators, clinical efficacy and so on of two groups. Results: The levels of ALT, AST and liver cirrhosis in the combined group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgG and γ-globulin in both groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The total score of symptoms in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the combination group was 87.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion : Glycyrrhizic acid diammonium capsules combined with bicyclic alcohol tablets in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis can effectively regulate the immune function, reduce the degree of liver fibrosis and improve clinical efficacy.
