Clinical study on the treatment of menorrhagia with Modified Taohong Sibu decoction combined with acupoint plaster application
桃红四物汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗月经过少的临床研究

摘要

目的 研究桃红四物汤加减结合穴位贴敷治疗月经过少的临床疗效，以便更好地推广中医综合疗法应用于调经领域。方法 选取2024年3月-2025年7月期间本院中西医妇科及中医科门诊的月经过少患者共70例，以随机数字表法分入观察组和对照组各35例，对照组单纯予桃红四物汤加减口服，观察组在此基础上加予穴位贴敷治疗。治疗后比较两组患者的月经失血图（PBAC）评分、月经症候评分、血清性激素（FSH、LH、E2）水平以及子宫内膜厚度。结果 治疗3个疗程后，观察组的PBAC评分增加程度、月经症候评分降低程度大于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组子宫内膜明显变厚（P＜0.05）；两组患者的性激素水平都有所上升，但是增幅相近。结论 桃红四物汤加减配合穴位贴敷治疗月经过少，可以有效的增加经量以及缓解月经的相关症状，促使子宫内膜生长，并且该治疗方法的效果要好于单纯的服用中药，具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of modified Taohong Sibu Decoction combined with acupoint plaster application in the treatment of menorrhagia, in order to better promote the application of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the field of regulating menstruation.
Methods A total of 70 patients with menorrhagia in the gynecology and obstetrics department and the traditional Chinese medicine department of our hospital from March 2024 to July 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given modified Taohong Sibu Decoction orally alone, while the observation group was additionally treated with acupoint plaster application. After treatment, the menstrual blood loss graph (PBAC) scores, menstrual symptom scores, serum sex hormones (FSH, LH, E2) levels, and endometrial thickness of the two groups were compared.
Results After 3 treatment courses, the increase in PBAC scores and the reduction in menstrual symptom scores in the observation group were greater than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the endometrium of the observation group was significantly thicker (P < 0.05); the sex hormone levels of both groups increased, but the increase was similar.
Conclusion   Modified Taohong Sibu Decoction combined with acupoint plaster application for the treatment of menorrhagia can effectively increase menstrual volume and relieve related menstrual symptoms, promote endometrial growth, and the therapeutic effect is better than simple oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine. It has certain promotional value.
