Study on the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets
醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的研究

摘要

目的 探究醋酸甲羟孕酮片（Medroxyprogesterone Acetate）治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的效果。方法 选择2024年12月-2025年12月收治的70例患者进行研究，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，各35例，对照组患者提供地屈孕酮片，实验组在对照组基础上提供醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后性激素水平、不良反应发生率。结果 两组患者提供不同的治疗方案后，实验组患者性激素水平优于对照组，p<0.05。对比患者的不良反应发生率，差异不大，p>0.05，评估两组患者异常子宫出血控制有效率，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对围绝经期异常子宫出血的患者提供醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗，可以提升患者治疗效果，改善患者的性激素水平，安全性较佳。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause.
Methods 70 patients admitted from December 2024 to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given diethylstilbestrol tablets, and those in the experimental group were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in addition to the control group. The sex hormone levels and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results After providing different treatment regimens to the two groups of patients, the sex hormone levels of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p < 0.05. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, p > 0.05. The effective rate of controlling abnormal uterine bleeding in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, p < 0.05.
Conclusion   Providing medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets to patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause can improve the treatment effect, improve the sex hormone levels of patients, and has better safety.
