摘要
股骨颈骨折已经成为老年群体常见骨折类型。髋关节置换术可以有效改善股骨颈骨折畸形，帮助患者重建关节功能，有效减轻患者疼痛，有助于改善患者生活质量。但是围手术期患者活动受限，术后长时间卧床，直接影响关节功能恢复速度，而且还会增加并发症风险。加速康复外科理念目前已经广泛应用于骨科护理领域，通过对围手术期护理环节进行优化，可以有效改善患者康复预后效果。

Abstract
Femoral neck fractures have become a common type of fracture in the elderly population. Hip joint replacement surgery can effectively correct the deformity of femoral neck fractures, help patients restore joint function, effectively alleviate pain, and improve the quality of life of patients. However, patients have limited mobility during the perioperative period and remain in bed for a long time, which directly affects the speed of joint function recovery and also increases the risk of complications. The concept of accelerated recovery surgery has been widely applied in the field of orthopedic nursing. By optimizing the perioperative nursing process, it can effectively improve the prognosis of patients’ rehabilitation.
