多种西药联合使用的不良反应以及促进西药临床合理用药

摘要

目的 讨论及研究多种西药联合使用的不良反应以及促进西药临床合理用药。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为100例，时间为2025年1月份至2025年12月份，研究为期一年，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，每组50例患者，对照组常规的干预，实验组药学干预，对比两组患者临床疗效；不良反应发生率。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预策略后，实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对于多种西药联合治疗的患者，提供药学干预，可以降低不良反应，提升治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the adverse reactions associated with the combined use of multiple Western medications and to promote rational clinical medication practices.
Methods A total of 100 patients were enrolled in this one-year study conducted from January to December 2025, randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received conventional interventions, while the experimental group received pharmaceutical interventions; clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.
Results After implementing distinct intervention strategies, the experimental group demonstrated superior therapeutic outcomes and a lower incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group (p <0.05).
Conclusion   Pharmaceutical interventions can reduce adverse reactions and enhance treatment efficacy in patients receiving combination therapy with multiple Western medications.
