The effect of comprehensive nursing on the improvement of clinical symptoms in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia
综合护理对老年冠心病伴心律失常患者临床症状的改善

摘要

目的 观察老年冠心病伴心律失常患者实施综合护理对其临床症状的改善效果。方法 研究对象选择为2025年1月至2026年4月在我院接受治疗的老年冠心病伴心律失常患者，按照纳入排除标准筛选符合要求的86例，再采用数字表法随机分两组，各43例。观察组综合护理和对照组常规护理，对比效果。结果 治疗后与对照组相比，观察组的心绞痛改善率、胸闷心悸缓解率、心律失常总控制率、左室射血分数（LVEF）和6min步行距离均明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 将综合护理措施应用于老年冠心病伴心律失常患者中，可有效缓解患者心绞痛、胸闷心悸症状，助力心律失常总控制率提升，心功能改善，可临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on the improvement of clinical symptoms in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.
Methods The research subjects were selected as elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who received treatment in our hospital from January 2025 to April 2026. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 86 cases that met the requirements were screened out. Then, using the digital table method, they were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The observation group received comprehensive nursing and the control group received routine nursing. The effects were compared.
Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the improvement rate of angina pectoris, the relief rate of chest tightness and palpitations, the total control rate of arrhythmia, Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF) and 6-minute walking distance in the observation group were significantly higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Applying comprehensive nursing measures to elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and chest tightness and palpitations, help improve the total control rate of arrhythmia, improve cardiac function, and can be widely applied in clinical practice.
