The role of community gynecologists in prenatal examinations and postpartum recovery intervention treatments
社区妇产科医生在产前检查和产后恢复干预治疗中的作用

摘要

目的 评价社区妇产科医师在全生命周期管理体系之下，把产前检查同产后康复服务结合起来实施的综合干预手段，对母婴健康产生的实际影响。方法 研究对象为2021年2月至2026年3月在该社区卫生服务中心孕期注册的孕妇，用随机区组设计将孕妇分成干预组和对照组。干预组用专业的妇产科医生做标准化的产前检查、系统的产后康复指导，对照组接受的是常规社区妇幼保健服务。通过对两组产检依从性、妊娠并发症发生率、盆底功能恢复情况和新生儿生长发育水平等主要指标进行比较。结果 干预组的产检完成率、特殊妊娠疾病的发生率和盆底肌肉功能得到改善的程度都比对照组要好（P<0.05）。结论 该管理方法可以有效地提高母婴健康水平，减少相关的风险。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the actual impact of the comprehensive intervention measures implemented by community obstetricians, integrating prenatal examinations with postpartum rehabilitation services, on maternal and infant health within the framework of the life cycle management system.
Methods The study subjects were pregnant women who registered at the community health service center from February 2021 to March 2026. The subjects were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group using a random block design. The intervention group received standardized prenatal examinations and systematic postpartum rehabilitation guidance from professional obstetricians, while the control group received routine community maternal and child health care services. The main indicators such as prenatal examination compliance, incidence of special pregnancy complications, improvement of pelvic floor muscle function, and the growth and development level of newborns were compared between the two groups.
Results The completion rate of prenatal examinations, the incidence of special pregnancy diseases, and the degree of improvement in pelvic floor muscle function in the intervention group were all better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   This management method can effectively improve maternal and infant health levels and reduce related risks.
