摘要
目的 基于家庭药师智慧化服务的药物治疗管理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果,探究该方案开展后的实际价值。方法 选取2025年2月-2026年2月社区卫生服务中心建档规范化管理的100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法为分组原则,划分为对照组(常规社区健康管理模式)、观察组(家庭药师智慧化服务的药物治疗管理)。对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据做整理记录,结合统计学系统进行对比观察,分析家庭药师智慧化服务的药物治疗管理的应用价值。结果 相较于对照组,观察组血压控制成效更佳,用药依从性与用药知识知晓程度均更胜一筹(P<0.05)。结论 家庭药师借助智慧化服务开展药物治疗管理,能有效改善老年高血压患者病情及用药体验,值得推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intelligent family pharmacist-based medication management in elderly hypertensive patients and assess the practical value of this intervention. Methods A total of 100 elderly hypertensive patients registered under standardized community health service management from February 2025 to February 2026 were enrolled as study subjects. They were randomly assigned to either a control group (conventional community health management model) or an observation group (intelligent family pharmacist-based medication management) using a random number table. Relevant clinical parameters were recorded and statistically compared between the two groups to analyze the therapeutic value of the intelligent service. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated superior blood pressure control, higher medication adherence, and better medication knowledge comprehension (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of intelligent family pharmacist services for medication management effectively improves disease control and patient experience in elderly hypertensive patients, warranting widespread adoption.
