摘要

目的 探讨呼吸衰竭患者治疗中应用经鼻高流量湿化氧疗仪的效果。方法 在2024年2月-2025年10月选取135例呼吸衰竭患者,根据便利抽样法分组。对照组给予无创机械通气治疗,观察组用经鼻高流量湿化氧疗仪治疗。对比2组血气指标。结果 治疗后2组中观察组动脉血氧分压和血氧饱和度最高,2组对比P<0.05,有统计学意义;治疗后2组中观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压最低,2组对比P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论 应用经鼻高流量湿化氧疗仪治疗呼吸衰竭患者效果显著,可有效改善其气体交换功能,值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of using nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure.
Methods From February 2024 to October 2025, 135 patients with respiratory failure were selected and grouped according to the convenience sampling method. The control group was given non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment, while the observation group was treated with nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy. The blood gas indicators of the two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation in the observation group were the highest, and the comparison between the two groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant; the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group was the lowest after treatment, and the comparison between the two groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The application of nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure has a significant effect, which can effectively improve their gas exchange function and is worthy of application.
