Clinical statistical observation of menstrual recovery after uterine preservation surgery for diffuse adenomyosis
弥漫性子宫腺肌症保宫U手术后月经恢复情况的临床统计观察

摘要

目的 探讨弥漫性子宫腺肌症患者接受保宫U手术后的月经恢复规律及月经量变化情况，为临床术后康复指导提供数据支持。方法 选取2024年7月-2024年12月在本院接受保宫U手术治疗的50例弥漫性子宫腺肌症患者为研究对象，对患者进行术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月的随访，观察并统计患者的月经恢复时间，对比手术前后月经量的变化。结果 50例患者中，术后最早恢复月经时间为术后3 d（住院期间），最晚为术后11个月多，其中42例患者在术后5~9个月恢复月经，占比84.00%；所有患者术后月经量较术前均减少50%以上。结论 弥漫性子宫腺肌症患者行保宫U手术后，月经恢复存在明显的个体差异，整体恢复周期较长且多集中在术后5~9个月，术后月经量会出现显著减少，临床需根据该规律为患者制定个性化的术后随访及康复指导方案。

Abstract

Objective To explore the menstrual recovery patterns and changes in menstrual flow in patients with diffuse adenomyosis after undergoing uterine conserving surgery, and to provide data support for clinical postoperative rehabilitation guidance.
Methods Fifty patients with diffuse adenomyosis who underwent uterine preservation surgery in our hospital from July 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. Follow ups were conducted at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after surgery to observe and record the recovery time of menstruation, and compare the changes in menstrual flow before and after surgery.
Results Among the 50 patients, the earliest recovery of menstruation after surgery was 3 days (during hospitalization), and the latest was over 11 months after surgery. Among them, 42 patients recovered menstruation 5-9 months after surgery, accounting for 84.00%; All patients experienced a decrease of over 50% in menstrual flow after surgery compared to before.
Conclusion   There are significant individual differences in menstrual recovery among patients with diffuse adenomyosis who undergo uterine preservation surgery. The overall recovery period is relatively long and mostly concentrated between 5-9 months after surgery. Postoperative menstrual flow will significantly decrease, and personalized postoperative follow-up and rehabilitation guidance plans need to be developed for patients based on this pattern.
