摘要
探讨门急诊处方前置审核联合处方点评对合理用药的影响，进一步贯彻落实国家合理用药的要求，加强医生与药师的沟通协作，共同促进合理用药。本院于2023年3月引入美康处方前置审核系统，并结合医院实际情况，规范开展处方点评工作，旨在通过两者的有机结合，构建更加完善的合理用药管理体系，保障患者用药安全，提高医疗质量。

Abstract
This paper explores the impact of pre-prescription review combined with prescription evaluation on rational drug use, further implements national requirements for rational drug use, and strengthens communication and collaboration between doctors and pharmacists to jointly promote rational drug use. In March 2023, our hospital introduced the Meikang pre-prescription review system and, based on the hospital's actual conditions, carried out standardized prescription evaluation work. The aim is to combine the two organically to build a more complete rational drug use management system, ensure patient medication safety, and improve medical quality.
