Analysis of the effect of enhanced comfort nursing for elderly patients with hypertension
老年高血压加强舒适护理效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨分析老年高血压加强舒适护理效果。方法 选取本院2023年6月-2024年6月期间收治80例老年高血压患者为研究对象，随机分为常规组和舒适组，每组均40例。根据护理模式不同，常规组给予常规护理，舒适组在常规组基础上实施加强舒适护理。并对比两组血压水平达标率情况、舒适度情况（GCQ评分）、生活质量（SF-36评分）及并发症发生率。结果 护理后，舒适组患者的血压达标率、GCQ评分及SF-36评分显著提高，并发症发生率减少，均优质于常规组，差异均具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 加强舒适护理可显著提高老年高血压患者血压控制效果，改善舒适度及生活质量，降低并发症风险，具有临床推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of enhanced comfort nursing for elderly patients with hypertension.
Methods Eighty elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a conventional group and a comfort group, with 40 cases in each group. According to the different nursing models, the conventional group received routine nursing care, while the comfort group received enhanced comfort nursing based on the care given to the conventional group. The blood pressure control rate, comfort status (GCQ score), quality of life (SF-36 score), and complication incidence were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing intervention, the comfort group showed a significantly higher blood pressure control rate, higher GCQ and SF-36 scores, and a reduced complication incidence compared to the conventional group. All differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Enhanced comfort nursing can significantly improve blood pressure control, enhance comfort and quality of life, and reduce the risk of complications in elderly hypertensive patients. It holds clinical value for promotion and application.
