肝胆术后患者延伸护理健康管理效果研究

摘要

目的 分析肝胆术后患者延伸护理健康管理效果。方法 按照入院时间采用随机对照试验方法将2024年11月-2025年2月库车市某二级甲等医院普通外科收治的肝胆手术患者作为研究对象114例，分为对照组和实验组，对照组采取常规护理服务模式，实验组在对照组基础上采取延伸护理健康管理干预措施。对比干预前后日常生活能力（ADL）及患者满意度。结果 护理后ADL数值比较，实验组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；患者满意度比较，实验组数值高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 延伸护理健康管理方案应用于肝胆术后患者，可改善其生活能力，提升患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of extended nursing health management for patients after hepatobiliary surgery.
Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted based on the admission time. A total of 114 patients who underwent hepatobiliary surgery and were admitted to the general surgery department of a secondary grade A hospital in Kuche City from November 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received the conventional nursing service model, while the experimental group received extended nursing health management intervention measures on the basis of the control group. Compare the activities of daily living (ADL) and patient satisfaction before and after the intervention.
Results After the nursing care, the ADL value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The comparison of patient satisfaction showed that the value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the extended nursing health management program in patients after hepatobiliary surgery can improve their living ability and enhance their satisfaction with nursing care.
