宫腔镜+地屈孕酮、曼月乐治疗异常子宫出血的效果观察

摘要

目的 探究宫腔镜+地屈孕酮、曼月乐质量异常子宫出血（AUB）的效果。方法 选择2024年1月-2024年12月我院收治的AUB患者100例。随机数字法将入组患者分为2组，各50例。对照组行宫腔镜病灶切除术+术后口服地屈孕酮，观察组行宫腔镜病灶切除术+术后放置曼月乐环。比较干预效果。结果 月经失血评分：干预后，评分降低，观察组＜对照组（P＜0.05）。子宫内膜厚度：治疗后3个月，各组厚度均降低，观察组＜对照组（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率：对照组12.00%，观察组18.00%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 宫腔镜联合地屈孕酮或曼月乐均能有效治疗 AUB，其中宫腔镜联合曼月乐在改善症状方面效果更优，且安全性良好，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopy drospirenone, Mirena on abnormal uterine bleeding (UB).
Methods A total of 100 AUB patients were enrolled in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024. They were divided into 2 groups of 50 cases each using the random number method. The control group underwent hysteroscopic lesion resection surgery oral drospirenone after operation, and the observation group underwent hysteroscopic lesion resection surgery Mirena placement after the operation. The intervention effect was compared.
Results Menorrhagia: After intervention, the score decreased, observation group < control group (P < 0.05). Endometrial thickness: At 3 months after treatment, the of each group decreased, observation group < control group (P < 0.05). Incidence of adverse reactions: 12.00% in the control and 18.00% in the observation group, with no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   Hysteroscopy combined drospirenone or Mirena can effectively treat AUB, among which hysteroscopy combined with Mirena has a better effect on improving symptoms, and has good safety which is worth promoting in clinic.
