The application of Xiaochaihu decoction in traditional Chinese medicine for brain diseases
小柴胡汤在中医脑病中的应用

摘要

小柴胡汤最早见于《伤寒论》，作为和法代表方小柴胡汤在临床中广泛应用，其疗效肯定。中医药在脑病的治疗中具有悠久的历史和独特的优势，尤其在改善神经功能缺损、提高患者生活质量等方面疗效显著。小柴胡汤出自汉代医圣张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》，具有和解少阳、疏利三焦之功效。现代药理研究表明，小柴胡汤具有抗炎、抗病毒、免疫调节、神经保护等多重药理作用，对脑缺血、脑出血、脑外伤等多种脑病均有一定的疗效。近年来，随着中医药现代化研究的不断深入，小柴胡汤在中医脑病中的应用越来越受到重视，并取得了一定的临床研究成果。笔者在临床工作中使用该方治疗眩晕、失眠、头痛等脑系疾病，本文浅述笔者应用心得。

Abstract

Xiaochaihu Decoction was first mentioned in "Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders". As a representative formula of harmony, Xiaochaihu Decoction has been widely used in clinical practice, and its therapeutic effect is affirmed. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and unique advantages in the treatment of brain diseases, especially in improving neurological deficits and enhancing the quality of life of patients, with remarkable therapeutic effects. Xiaochaihu Decoction originated from "Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders and Miscellaneous Illnesses" by Zhang Zhongjing, the medical sage of the Han Dynasty. It has the effects of harmonizing Shaoyang and promoting the smooth flow of the three jiao. Modern pharmacological research shows that Xiaochaihu Decoction has multiple pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation, anti-virus, immune regulation and neuroprotection, and has certain therapeutic effects on various brain diseases such as cerebral ischemia, cerebral hemorrhage and brain trauma. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of research on the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, the application of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of brain diseases in traditional Chinese medicine has received increasing attention and achieved certain clinical research results. The author has used this prescription in clinical practice to treat brain diseases such as dizziness, insomnia and headache. This article briefly describes the author's application experience.
