Clinical application effects of psychoanalysis and comprehensive nursing care on patients with alcoholic liver disease
心理分析及综合护理对酒精肝患者的临床应用效果

摘要

目的 分析酒精肝患者常见心理问题，探讨综合护理对患者肝功能、戒酒依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2024年5月—2025年5月我院消化内科收治的200例酒精肝患者为研究对象，采用1:1随机分组法，区别纳入观察组与对照组（各100例）。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上开展心理分析及综合护理。比较区别护理差异，总计患者心理状态评分、肝功能指标、戒酒依从性、生活质量评分。结果 护理前，两组SAS、SDS评分，ALT、AST、TBIL水平，戒酒依从率及SF-36评分无显著差异（P>0.05）；护理后，观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；ALT、AST、TBIL水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组戒酒依从率、SF-36评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对酒精肝患者心理问题开展综合护理，可改善患者负性情绪，促进肝功能恢复，提升戒酒依从性与生活质量，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze common psychological problems in patients with alcoholic liver disease and explore the effects of comprehensive care on patients' liver function, alcohol abstinence compliance, and quality of life.
Methods From May 2024 to May 2025, 200 patients with alcoholic liver disease admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group (100 cases each). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received psychological analysis and comprehensive care in addition to routine care. Differences in nursing outcomes were compared, including patients' psychological scores, liver function indicators, alcohol abstinence compliance, and quality of life scores.
Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in SAS and SDS scores, ALT, AST, and TBIL levels, alcohol abstinence compliance, or SF-36 scores (P>0.05). After the intervention, the observation group showed lower SAS and SDS scores than the control group (P<0.05); ALT, AST, and TBIL levels were lower than the control group (P<0.05); and alcohol abstinence compliance and SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive care targeting psychological problems in patients with alcoholic liver disease can improve negative emotions, promote liver function recovery, and enhance both alcohol abstinence compliance and quality of life, making it clinically valuable.
