Clinical research on the treatment of spasmodic torticollis by combining Zhishen Acupuncture with Jingu Zangfu massage
治神针法配合津沽脏腑推拿治疗痉挛性斜颈的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨研究治神针法配合津沽脏腑推拿治疗痉挛性斜颈的临床效果。方法 选取本院2023年10月-2024年10月期间收治64例痉挛性斜颈患者，随机分为常规组和中医组，每组32例。常规组给予常规西药治疗，中医组在常规组基础上实施治神针法配合津沽脏腑推拿治疗。并对比两组颈部姿势异常（TSUI评分）、疼痛程度（VAS评分）、生活质量（SF-36评分）以及不良反应发生率。结果 中医组在改善颈部姿势异常、减轻疼痛及提升生活质量方面均优于常规组，具有统计差异；两组不良反应比较，无显著差异。结论 治神针法配合津沽脏腑推拿联合常规西药治疗痉挛性斜颈，可显著改善颈部姿势异常、减轻疼痛、提高生活质量，且安全性良好，具有临床推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhishen Acupuncture combined with Jingu Zangfu massage in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis.
Methods Sixty-four patients with spasmodic torticollis admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the traditional Chinese medicine group, with 32 cases in each group. The conventional group was given conventional Western medicine treatment, while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Zhishen Acupuncture combined with Jingu Zangfu Massage on the basis of the conventional group. The abnormal neck posture (TSUI score), pain degree (VAS score), quality of life (SF-36 score), and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results The traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the conventional group in improving abnormal neck posture, reducing pain and enhancing the quality of life, with statistical differences. There was no significant difference in the comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups.
Conclusion   The combination of Zhishen Needle therapy, Jingu Zangfu massage and conventional Western medicine in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis can significantly improve abnormal neck posture, relieve pain, enhance the quality of life, and has good safety. It has clinical promotion and application value.
