摘要
目的 讨论及研究无痛胃镜检查麻醉苏醒期常见并发症及护理。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为1000例，时间范围2025年2月份至2025年3月份，分成对照组和实验组，每组500例，对照组常规护理，实验组综合管理，分析两组患者临床指标以及并发症发生率。结果 两组患者通过建立不同的管理措施后，实验组患者的临床指标优于对照组，P<0.05，对比患者的并发症发生率，实验组更低，p<0.05。结论 为行无痛胃肠镜患者麻醉苏醒期开展综合性的护理管理，可以有效的降低患者出现并发症的风险，缩短患者的苏醒时间，满足了患者的护理需求，值得在临床进一步推广实施。

Abstract
Objective To discuss and study common complications and nursing care during anesthesia recovery from painless gastroscopy. Methods 1000 patients participated in this study from February to March 2025, divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 500 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received comprehensive management. Clinical indicators and complication rates were analyzed in both groups. Results After establishing different management measures, the clinical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate was also lower in the experimental group (p<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing management during anesthesia recovery for patients undergoing painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy can effectively reduce the risk of complications, shorten the recovery time, and meet the nursing needs of patients. This approach is worthy of further promotion and implementation in clinical practice.
