Effect analysis of specialized infection control team and case tracking method nursing intervention on patients with multidrug-resistant bacterial infection
感控专职小组与个案追踪法护理干预对多重耐药菌感染患者的效果分析

摘要

目的 讨论感控专职小组与个案追踪法护理干预对多重耐药菌感染患者的效果。方法 在2023年1月至2024年12月开展100例多重耐药菌感染患者临床研究中，从其中均衡划分研究组与对照组，各组均50例。对照组实施常规护理；研究组在对照组基础上实施感控专职小组与个案追踪法护理干预。调查与分析二组手卫生依从率、接触隔离完整率、环境消毒合格率。结果 研究组手卫生依从率、接触隔离完整率、环境消毒合格率显著比对照组高，P＜0.05。结论 感控专职小组与个案追踪法护理干预对多重耐药菌感染患者而言，可使得其享受到良好的手卫生、隔离与环境消毒护理服务。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a dedicated infection control team and case tracking nursing intervention for patients with multidrug-resistant bacterial infections.
Methods A clinical study involving 100 patients with multidrug-resistant bacterial infections was conducted from January 2023 to December 2024. The study included an equal number of patients in both the experimental and control groups, each consisting of 50 cases. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received additional care from the dedicated infection control team and case tracking method. The compliance rate of hand hygiene, the integrity rate of contact isolation, and the qualification rate of environmental disinfection were surveyed and analyzed.
Results The compliance rate of hand hygiene, the integrity rate of contact isolation and the qualification rate of environmental disinfection in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The dedicated infection control team and case tracking nursing intervention can provide patients with multidrug-resistant bacterial infections with high-quality care in terms of hand hygiene, isolation, and environmental disinfection.
