Relationship between nursing management and incision infection in operating roomand preventive measures
手术室护理管理与手术切口感染的关系及防范措施

摘要

目的 探究手术切口感染与手术室护理管理的关系，以此为基础制定相关防范措施，降低手术切口感染发生率。方法 2020年1月我院手术室为预防手术切口感染对手术室护理管理进行了优化和调整，分别于2019年6-12月和2020年1-6月选择39例手术室治疗患者纳入对照组和观察组，总结手术室护理管理为预防手术切口感染所做出的措施，记录两组患者手术切口感染的发生情况，评估措施有效性。结果 观察组患者切口感染发生率5.71%，明显低于对照组的22.86%，组间数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理管理与患者手术切口感染密切相关，优化手术室护理管理可降低手术切口感染发生率，临床推广应用意义较大。

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between surgical incision infection and nursing management in the operating room, and based on this, develop relevant preventive measures to reduce the incidence of surgical incision infection.
Methods In January 2020, the nursing management in the operating room of our hospital was optimized and adjusted in order to prevent surgical incision infection. 39 patients treated in the operating room were selected to be included in the control group and the observation group from June to December 2019 and from January to June 2020, respectively, and the measures taken by the nursing management in the operating room to prevent surgical incision infection were summarized. The incidence of surgical incision infection in the two groups was recorded, and the effectiveness of the measures was evaluated.
Results The incidence of incision infection in the observation group was 5.71%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.86%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing management in operating room is closely related to surgical incision infection. Optimizing nursing management in operating room can reduce the incidence of surgical incision infection, which is significant for clinical application.
