Application of flunarizine hydrochloride in prophylactic treatment of vestibular migraine
盐酸氟桂利嗪在前庭性偏头痛预防性治疗中的应用研究

摘要

目的 观察盐酸氟桂利嗪在前庭性偏头痛预防治疗中的疗效。方法 选取2020年1月到2022年12月期间我院治疗的112例前庭性偏头痛患者,并依据患者的治疗方式差异将其分入观察组(56例)和对照组(56例),对照组患者仅口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用盐酸氟桂利嗪预防性治疗。比较两组偏头痛患者头痛发作次数和头痛程度改善情况和治疗总体疗效以及震颤、体质量上升、头晕等不良反应发生率。结果 观察组前庭性偏头痛治疗总有效率为98.21%,对照组前庭性偏头痛治疗总有效率为87.5%,观察组前庭性偏头痛总体治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组前庭性偏头痛患者治疗前头痛发作次数和头痛程度相比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗之后头痛发作次数和头痛程度均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组偏头痛患者头痛发作次数和头痛程度降低幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05),观察组前庭性偏头痛不良反应发生率为3.57%,对照组前庭性偏头痛不良反应发生率为1.79%,两组偏头痛患者震颤、体质量上升、头晕等不良反应发生率相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 前庭性偏头痛预防性治疗中盐酸氟桂利嗪具有良好的应用效果,可显著提升对前庭性偏头痛的治疗效果,促进头痛发作次数和头痛程度降低,且不会明显增加震颤、体质量上升、头晕等不良反应发生。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of flunarizine hydrochloride in the prevention and treatment of vestibular migraine.
Methods A total of 112 patients with vestibular migraine treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group (56 cases) and control group (56 cases) according to the differences in treatment methods. The control group was treated with betastine mesylate tablets only. Observation group was additionally treated with flunarizine hydrochloride on the basis of control group. The number of headache attacks and the improvement of headache degree, the overall therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions such as tremor, increase in body mass and dizziness were compared between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of vestibular migraine treatment was 98.21% in the observation group and 87.5% in the control group. The overall therapeutic effect of vestibular migraine treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of headache attacks and severity of headache between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the frequency and severity of headache were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the reduction range of the frequency and severity of headache in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of vestibular migraine was 3.57% in the observation group and 1.79% in the control group. There were no significant differences in the incidence of tremor, body mass increase, dizziness and other adverse reactions between the two groups of migraine patients (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Flunarizine hydrochloride has a good application effect in the preventive treatment of vestibular migraine, which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of vestibular migraine, reduce the number of headache attacks and headache degree, and does not significantly increase the occurrence of tremor, body mass increase, dizziness and other adverse reactions.
