预见性护理在脑外伤患者中的价值

摘要

目的 在脑外伤患者护理中施行预见性护理，研究该护理的效果。方法 58例胆结石患者为本次研究对象，均取自2021年1月-2022年1月期间。使用随机抽签方法均分为实验组及参考组，其中参考组采取常规护理（29例），实验组施行预见性护理（29例）。对照分析2组护理效果。结果 实验组ICU停留时间、机械通气时间及住院时间低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组肺部感染发生率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 脑外伤患者护理中施行预见性护理效果明显，能够显著缩短其ICU停留时间、机械通气时间及住院时间，同时可减少肺部感染的产生，患者对该护理效果较为满意。可见该护理方法值得推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To implement predictive nursing in the nursing of patients with brain injury and study the effect of this nursing.
Methods 58 patients with gallstones were selected from January 2021 to January 2022. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the reference group. The reference group received routine nursing (29 cases), and the experimental group received predictive nursing (29 cases). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The stay time, mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of pulmonary infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of predictive nursing in the nursing of patients with brain injury is obvious, which can significantly shorten their stay time in ICU, mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time, and reduce the occurrence of lung infection. The patients are satisfied with the nursing effect. It can be seen that this nursing method is worth popularizing in clinic.
