The value of psychological nursing in infusion patients
心理护理在输液患者中的价值

摘要

目的 分析在对输液患者护理时开展心理护理干预的作用。方法 按照对比护理观察的方式开展探究,纳入2021年7月至2022年11月输液患者60例为对象,随机均分对照组(30例,输液过程中开展常规护理)和观察组(30例,输液过程中开展心理护理)。分析护理效果。结果 评估患者输液期间负面情绪,负面情绪量表(SDS、SAS)评分,干预前无明显差异,干预后观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05。统计输液期间患者对各方面护理操作满意度评分,在操作技能、输液室管理以及疼痛程度、健康教育方面观察组均较高,P<0.05。不良反应发生率,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在对输液患者护理时开展心理护理干预,可以对患者在输液过程中心理状态进行改善并增加其对护理工作满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of infusion patients.
Methods According to the method of comparative nursing observation, 60 patients with transfusion from July 2021 to November 2022 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (30 cases, routine nursing during infusion) and the observation group (30 cases, psychological nursing during infusion). Analyze the nursing effect.
Results There was no significant difference in the scores of the negative emotion scale (SDS, SAS) before the intervention. After the intervention, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of patients' satisfaction with nursing operation in all aspects during the infusion period were statistically analyzed. The observation group had higher scores in operation skills, infusion room management, pain degree and health education (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Carrying out psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of infusion patients can improve the psychological state of patients in the process of infusion and increase their satisfaction with nursing work.
