摘要

目的 建立 UPLC-MS/MS 法快速检测压片糖果中易添加的壮阳类和减肥类化学药物。方法:检测样品用甲醇提取,采用 Agela Technologies Venusil MP C18 色谱柱(3.0 mm×100 mm,3 μm)分离,以 0.1% 甲酸水溶液和0.1% 甲酸乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱;采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),正离子模式,多反应监测(MRM)进行检测。结果 该方法中17种组分分离度良好,在浓度为2~200ng/mL内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.991;低、中、高 3 个添加水平的平均回收率为81.7%~105.2%,相对标准偏差为3.8%~8.7%,定量限为1.35~330 μg/kg。结论 该方法灵敏度高、操作简便,可用于压片糖果中17种非法添加化学药物成分的定量分析。

Abstract

Objective To establish UPLC-M S/MS method to quickly detect aphrodisiac and weight loss chemicals in tablet candy.
Methods The test samples were extracted with methanol, separated by Agela Technologies Venusil MP C18 column (3.0 mm*100 mm, 3 μ m), gradient eluted with 0.1% formic acid in water and 0.1% formic acid acetonitrile as mobile phase; electrospray ion source (ESI), positive ion mode, multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) for detection.
Results In this method, 17 components were well separated, with good linear relationship within 2 to 200 ng/mL, correlation coefficient greater than 0.991; the average recovery of low, medium and high addition levels was 81.7%~105.2%, the relative standard deviation was 3.8%~8.7%, and the limit of quantification was 1.35~330 μ g / kg.
Conclusion   This method has high sensitivity and simple operation, and can be used for quantitative analysis of 17 illegal chemical drug ingredients in tabletcandy.
