经皮脑氧分压测定在评估脑功能方面

摘要
目的 探讨经皮脑氧分压测定糖尿病心脑血管疾病患者病情严重程度的意义。方法 采用医学研究对比法,选取我院2022年4月-2023年1月以来我院收治的60例糖尿病心脑血管疾病患者,按照患者病情严重程度不同,分为轻度病变组(对照组,n=30例)和中重度病变组(观察组,n=30例),全部患者均应用经皮脑氧分压测定,临床比对两组脑氧分压相关指标的变化结果。结果 观察组经皮脑氧分压相关指标如动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、静脉血氧分压(PvO2)情况上,数值对比分别为(42.5±4.3)和(81.4±2.1)、(31.5±2.9)和(45.6±4.0),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经皮脑氧分压测定糖尿病心脑血管疾病患者病情严重程度具有重要的临床意义,临床可通过改善患者脑功能相关指标如PaO2、PvO2,以为患者的疾病严重程度的重要指标加以应用实施。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of percutaneous cerebral oxygen partial pressure in determining the severity of diabetes in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into mild disease group (control group, n=30 cases) and moderate and severe disease group (observation group, n=30 cases) according to the severity of their disease. All patients were tested by percutaneous partial pressure of cerebral oxygen. Clinical comparison of the results of the changes of the related indexes of cerebral oxygen partial pressure between the two groups. Results The relative indexes of percutaneous cerebral oxygen partial pressure such as arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) and venous oxygen partial pressure (PvO2) in the observation group were (42.5±4.3) and (81.4±2.1), (31.5±2.9) and (45.6±4.0) respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion It is of great clinical significance to measure the severity of diabetes patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by percutaneous partial oxygen pressure. It can be used as an important indicator of the severity of diabetes patients by improving the indicators related to brain function, such as PaO2 and PvO2.
