健康教育在门诊输液患者中的应用

摘要

目的 观察在对门诊输液患者护理时开展健康教育的作用。方法 选择2021年12月至2022年12月在本院门诊进行输液治疗患者80例为对象,数字表随机分组方式划分为对照组(40例,输液过程中开展常规护理)和观察组(40例,开展健康教育)。分析护理效果。结果 分析患者在输液期间护理满意度,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。对比不良反应发生率,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05。对比输液期间患者心理状态,干预前两组负面情绪量表评分无差异,P>0.05,干预后,观察组评分低于对照组,P<0.05。对比患者对于输液期间注意事项以及自身病症特点掌握评分,观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在对门诊输液患者护理时将健康教育进行运用,可以提升患者对输液期间护理工作满意度,降低不良反应发生率,并改善患者输液期间心理状态。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of health education in the nursing of outpatient infusion patients.
Methods 80 patients who received infusion treatment in the outpatient department of our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into control group (40 patients, who received routine nursing during infusion) and observation group (40 patients, who received health education). Analyze the nursing effect.
Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the psychological state of patients during infusion, there was no difference in the scores of negative emotion scale between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of health education in the nursing of out-patient infusion patients can improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work during infusion, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve patients' psychological status during infusion.
