医院工会加强思想政治宣传教育工作路径分析综述

摘要

医院作为一个医疗服务场所，它所接触服务到的对象来自社会的不同层面，对于医院而言，提高思想政治工作是维护医院所有工作的重要基础，同时思想政治工作的不断开展对医院未来发展有着不可替代的作用。随着现代社会的发展变化，医院在加强思想政治教育宣传的时候，应该着重于和谐医患关系的角度出发来进行医院思想政治教育。本文从医院工会思想政治教育发展现状以及存在的不足进行深入研究，并提出有关整合路径以供参考。

Abstract

As a medical service place, hospitals are exposed to different levels of society. For hospitals, improving ideological and political work is an important basis for maintaining all the work of the hospital. At the same time, the continuous development of ideological and political work plays an irreplaceable role in the future development of the hospital. With the development and changes of modern society, hospitals should focus on the ideological and political education of hospitals from the perspective of harmonious doctor-patient relationship when strengthening ideological and political education. This paper makes an in-depth study of the current situation and shortcomings of the ideological and political education of hospital trade unions, and puts forward relevant integration paths for reference.
