摘要

目的 探究PBL结合医学教学模型在新生儿教学中的应用效果。方法 选择时间为2021年9月至2022年9月,新生儿科实习医生80例,依据不同带教方式划分成观察组(PBL结合医学教学模型的方式);对照组(传统教学方法),各40例。比较分析两组间的教学效果评价、对带教方式的满意度等。结果 同对照组的各项教学效果评指标比较,发现观察组的新生儿科实习医生的临床实践技能考试、理论知识考试成绩更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中实习医生对带教方式的满意度39人(97.50%)高于对照组的28人(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对新生儿科实习医生,通过采用PBL结合医学教学模型模式,将显著改善理论和实践教学效果评价,有效提升实习医生对带教方式的满意度,适合应用于临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with medical teaching model in newborn teaching.
Methods From September 2021 to September 2022, 80 neonatology interns were divided into observation group (PBL combined with medical teaching model) according to different teaching methods. Control group (traditional teaching method), 40 cases each. The evaluation of teaching effect and the satisfaction of teaching methods between the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the results of clinical practice skill test and theoretical knowledge test were higher in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). In the observation group, 39 interns (97.50%) were more satisfied with teaching methods than 28 in the control group (70.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   PBL combined with medical teaching model model can significantly improve the evaluation of theoretical and practical teaching effect, and effectively improve the satisfaction of interns with teaching methods, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
