情境教学法在儿童保健教学中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨情境教学法在儿童保健教学中的应用效果。方法 随机将2021年1月至2022年12月在医院实习的94名临床医学系见习学生进行分组,各组均为47名。参照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用情境教学法,对比两组见习学生的教学考核成绩及其考核总得分情况。结果 研究组见习学生理论知识、技能操作、综合素质、临床综合能力、总分与考核总得分甲等占比均高于参照组,数据对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 儿童保健教学采用情境教学法,既可以提高临床医学系见习学生的理论知识、技能操作水平、综合素质与考核总分,还可以增强学生的临床综合能力,教学效果显著,适合在临床教学中推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of situational teaching method in children's health teaching.
Methods 94 trainee students of the Department of Clinical medicine who practiced in hospitals from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into 47 students in each group. The traditional teaching method was used in the reference group, while the situational teaching method was used in the research group.
Results The percentages of theoretical knowledge, skill operation, comprehensive quality, clinical comprehensive ability, total score and total assessment score A in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of situational teaching method in the teaching of children's health care can not only improve the theoretical knowledge, skill operation level, comprehensive quality and total score of the clinical medicine students, but also enhance the clinical comprehensive ability of the students. The teaching effect is remarkable, which is suitable for promotion in clinical teaching.
