摘要
癌因性疲乏是各类恶性肿瘤病程中常见的临床症状，发生机制尚不清楚，西医对该病的治疗以对症治疗为主。西医的治疗手段较少，且疗效不确切。中医从虚入手，内外兼用，采用中药、中成药、针灸、热敷联合穴位按摩、功法锻炼等，补气养血，调理脏腑，改善症状，疗效显著。

Abstract
Cancer-related fatigue is a common clinical symptom in the course of all kinds of malignant tumors. The mechanism of its occurrence is still unclear. The treatment of this disease is mainly symptomatic treatment in Western medicine. Western treatment means are few, and the curative effect is not exact. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) starts with deficiency and uses both internal and external medicine. It adopts traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicine, acupuncture, hot compress combined with acupoint massage and exercise to nourish qi and blood, regulate viscera and improve symptoms, with remarkable curative effect.
