Observation of the application effect of behavioral guide map on behavioral interventionin children with autism
行为导图在孤独症儿童行为干预中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 评估孤独症儿童行为干预中应用行为导图的效果。方法 从2021年4月~2022年3月这时间中，将收治的孤独症儿童，随机抽选70例用于此项研究的目标，按照患儿的入院时间顺序进行分组干预，每组各有35例患儿，对照组患儿给予常规行为干预，观察组患儿应用行为导图，对2组患儿的行为表现、症状改善情况等指标展开对比，分析之间的差异。结果 2组患儿的问题行为改善率相比之下，明显观察组患儿较高于对照组患儿，（P＜0.05）；此外，通过对2组患儿的CARS评价，观察组患儿的人际关系评分、模仿评分、情感反应评分及躯体运用能力评分显著更优，（P＜0.05）。结论 对于孤独症儿童的行为干预，应用行为导图的效果最为有效且理想，利于改善患儿的问题行为或情绪问题，便于患儿做出恰当的行为，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of applying behavioral mapping in a behavioral intervention for children with autism.
Methods from April 2021 to March 2022 in this time, will be treated children with autism, randomly selected 70 cases for the goal of the study, according to the time order of children in group intervention, each group has 35 cases of children, the control group of children with conventional behavioral intervention, observation group of children with application behavior map, for 2 groups of children behavior performance, symptom improvement indicators compared, analyze the difference between.
Results In contrast, the improvement rate of problem behavior in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, (P <0.05); moreover, through the CARS evaluation, the interpersonal, imitation, emotional and physical performance scores in the observation group were significantly better (P <0.05).
Conclusion   For the behavioral intervention of autistic children, the effect of applying behavioral mapping is the most effective and ideal, which is conducive to improving the problem behavior or emotional problems of children, and is convenient for children to make appropriate behavior, which is worth promoting.
