Application effect analysis of strengthening health education in clinical nursing of epilepsy patients
手术室护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用分析

摘要

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者应用手术室护理路径的效果。方法 选择2021年1月~12月这一年期间，将于我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者，选取66例作为研究的对象，以数字表法对患者进行分组护理，其中33例的患者纳入对照组，采用常规护理干预，另外33例的患者为观察组，实施手术室护理路径，对2组患者的护理相关指标展开分析。结果 干预前，测量2组患者的心率、平均动脉压，相比生理指标区别不显著，无统计学意义，（P＞0.05），干预后，观察组患者的心率及平均动脉压与对照组患者相比，各项生理指标较优，（P＜0.05）；此外，相比2组患者的手术时间、首次下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间，显著观察组患者更短，（P＜0.05）；另外统计2组患者对护理的感受评价，其观察组满意度更高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理，临床应用手术室护理路径的效果最佳，可有效的缩短患者住院时间，促进其术后康复，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing route in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Methods select the one year from January to December 2021, patients will undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital, select 66 patients as the object of the study, group care of patients with digital table method, 33 patients were included in the control group, using routine nursing intervention, another 33 patients for observation group, the operating room nursing path, the analysis of 2 group patients nursing related indicators.
Results Before intervention, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were measured, (P> 0.05). After intervention, the observation group was better (P <0.05), and patients had shorter time (P <0.05); in addition, patients in the observation groups were more satisfied than that of the control group, (P <0.05).
Conclusion   For the nursing of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the clinical application of operating room nursing path has the best effect, which can effectively shorten the hospital time of patients and promote their postoperative rehabilitation, which is worth promoting.
