思维导图在外科护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的 分析在进行外科护理带教的过程中将思维导图进行运用的作用。方法 按照对比护理评估的方式开展研究,以本院在2021年2月至2022年2月进行临床护理带教的实习护士86名为对象,按照数字表随机分组的形式划分为2组,即对照组43名,按照常规方式开展对应带教工作,而在对余下43名进行带教的过程中则需要将思维导图进行运用,作为观察组。分析两组带教效果间差异。结果 对比两组实习护士在理论考试、实践操作技能层面评分,观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05。分析两组学生对带教满意度评分,在拓展创新思维、激发学习能力以及提高动手能力、有助于理解记忆层面,观察组评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。分析两组实习护士无菌操作达标率、治疗配合达标率以及应急处理达标率,观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在进行外科护理带教的过程中按照思维导图开展对应的带教工作,可以促使实习护士的综合能力得到提升,更可以则更加实习护士对带教工作的满意度,并促使实习护士临床护理操作能力进一步得到提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role of mind mapping in surgical nursing teaching.
Methods The study was carried out in the way of comparative nursing evaluation. The subjects were 86 interns who had clinical nursing teaching in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the form of numerical table, namely, 43 in the control group. The corresponding teaching work was carried out in the conventional way. In the process of teaching the remaining 43, the mind map should be used as the observation group. The differences between the two groups were analyzed.
Results By comparing the scores of the two groups of practice nurses in the theoretical examination and practical operation skills, the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Analyzing the scores of the two groups of students on teaching satisfaction, the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of expanding innovative thinking, stimulating learning ability, improving practical ability and helping to understand memory, P<0.05. Analyzing the rate of reaching the standard of aseptic operation, treatment cooperation and emergency treatment of the two groups of interns, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Carrying out the corresponding teaching work according to the mind map in the process of surgical nursing teaching can promote the comprehensive ability of the trainee nurses, and more can make the trainee nurses more satisfied with the teaching work, and further promote the clinical nursing operation ability of the trainee nurses.
