Nursing effect of new dressings in preventing pressure sores
新型敷料在预防压疮中应用的护理效果研究

摘要

目的 分析新型敷料用于压疮预防护理的价值。方法 对2021年1月-2022年8月本院接诊长期卧床病人（n=98）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各49人，前者用新型敷料，后者行常规护理。对比压疮发生率等指标。结果 关于压疮：试验组发生率2.04%，和对照组数据18.37%相比更低（P＜0.05）。至于护理质量：试验组数据（99.02±0.57）分，和对照组数据（93.25±1.68）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组数据97.96%，和对照组数据83.67%相比更高（P＜0.05）。至于sf-36评分：干预结束时，试验组数据（86.92±3.14）分，和对照组数据（80.25±4.93）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 预防压疮护理用新型敷料，病人的预后更好，压疮发生率更低，满意度改善更加明显，护理质量提升也更为迅速。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of new dressings for pressure ulcer prevention and nursing care.
Methods Long-term bedridden patients (n=98) from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomized, with 49 patients each in the control group. The former used new dressing and the latter underwent routine care. Contrast the incidence of pressure ulcer and other indicators.
Results About pressure ulcers: 2.04%, lower than 18.37% in the control group (P <0.05). As for the quality of care: the test group data (99.02 ± 0.57) score was higher than the control group data (93.25 ± 1.68) score (P <0.05). Satisfaction: 97.96%, higher than 83.67% in the control group (P <0.05). As for the sf-36 score: at the end of the intervention, the trial group data (86.92 ± 3.14) score was higher than the control group data (80.25 ± 4.93) score (P <0.05).
Conclusion   New dressings for preventing pressure ulcer care have a better prognosis, lower incidence of pressure ulcer, improved satisfaction more significantly, and improved the quality of care more rapidly.
