Effect of acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on clinical efficacy, symptom scoreand cognitive function in children with autism spectrum disorder
针刺联合经颅磁刺激治疗对孤独症谱系障碍患儿临床疗效、症状评分及认知功能的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析针刺联合经颅磁刺激治疗对孤独症谱系障碍患儿临床疗效、症状评分及认知功能的影响。方法 选取于2021年6月至2022年6月，我院收治的孤独症谱系障碍患儿共110例，作为本次研究对象。根据患儿的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将110例患儿随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规康复训练的质量模式进行干预；观察组采用针刺联合经颅磁刺激治疗的治疗模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的临床疗效；认知功能以及症状评分。结果 经治疗干预后，观察组在临床疗效；认知功能以及症状评分方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义，结论 在对孤独症谱系障碍患儿进行治疗的过程中，采用针刺联合经颅磁刺激的治疗模式进行干预，能够显著提升患儿的临床疗效，同时能够显著改善患儿的认知功能以及症状评分，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with TMS treatment on the clinical efficacy, symptom score and cognitive function in children with autism spectrum disorders.
Methods A total of 100 children with autism spectrum disorders, admitted from January 2021 to January 2022, were selected in this study. Based on the number of admissions of the children, 100 children were randomly divided into the control group, the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted the quality mode of routine rehabilitation training; the observation group adopted the treatment mode of acupuncture combined with TMS treatment. Compare the clinical efficacy of the control and observation groups, cognitive function and symptom scores.
Results After treatment intervention, the observation group was significantly superior in clinical efficacy, in terms of cognitive function and symptom score, (P <0.05).
Conclusion   During the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder, the treatment mode of acupuncture combined with rTial stimulation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and symptom score, which is worth further promotion and application.
