Clinical comparison of irbesartan and levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of newly diagnosed simple systolic hypertension in the elderly
厄贝沙坦和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平在治疗初诊老年性单纯收缩期高血压的临床比较

摘要

目的 对比分析老年单纯收缩期高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦与苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片药物的治疗效果。方法 纳入研究时间与对象范围为2021年2月至2022年2月期间在我院接受治疗的65例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者，根据患者入院顺序把患者分为两组。观察组32例单纯采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平药物治疗，对照组33例采用厄贝沙坦治疗，对比效果。结果 接受治疗后，两组患者显效率差异不大，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组患者的24hSBP指标改善更明显，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两组患者的DBP指标差异小，无统计学意义（P>0.05），不良事件总发生率差异小，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 对于老年单纯收缩期高血压患者而言，采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平药物对患者收缩压的改善效果优于厄贝沙坦，可以改善患者临床症状，可作为治疗此种疾病的首选降压药。

Abstract

Objective: To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of irbesartan and levamlodipine besylate tablets in elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension.
Methods: A total of 65 elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension who were treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were included in the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. Thirty-two patients in the observation group were treated with levamlodipine besylate alone, while 33 patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan.
Results: After treatment, there was no significant difference in efficiency between the two groups (P>0.05). The 24hSBP index of the observation group improved more significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in DBP index between the two groups (P>0.05), and there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events (P>0.05).
Conclusion  s: For elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension, levamlodipine besylate is better than irbesartan in the improvement of systolic blood pressure, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and can be used as the first choice for the treatment of this disease.
