Influence of perioperative nursing on psychological state after microsurgery
围手术期护理对显微手外科术后心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 观察围手术期护理对显微手外科手术后心理状态的影响。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月期间于我院接受显微手外科术的断指再植患者38例为研究对象，经病例号随机排序法将其分为对照组（n=19、行常规护理）和观察组（n=19、行围手术期全面护理），对比两种护理方法对应激反应指标（SBP、DBP、HR）、汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和抑郁量表（HAMD）评分的影响。结果 与护理前相比，护理后观察组的SBP、DBP、HR低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组HAMA、HAMD评分较护理前降低，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对接受显微手外科手术的患者采取围手术期护理干预，有助于降低手术应激反应、改善患者的负面心态，提高预后效果。

Abstract

Objective to observe the effect of perioperative nursing on the psychological state after micro- surgery.
Methods 38 patients with replantation of severed fingers who underwent microsurgery in our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group (n=19, routine nursing) and observation group (n=19, comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period) by case number randomization. The effects of the two nursing methods on stress response indicators (SBP, DBP, HR), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Depression Scale (HAMD) were compared.
Results SBP, DBP and HR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   perioperative nursing intervention for patients undergoing microsurgery is helpful to reduce surgical stress reaction, improve patients' negative psycho- logy and improve the prognosis.
