Effect evaluation of comfort nursing+psychological education in rehabilitation department
舒适护理+心理宣教在康复科应用的效果评价

摘要

目的 为达到提高康复科整体护理质量的目的，本次研究主要探讨了舒适护理＋心理宣教的应用价值。方法 所选取的500例患者均为院内康复科所收治，遵循随机性原则将其进行分组，各250例，对照组沿用常规护理模式，观察组实施舒适护理＋心理宣教，对比实际临床护理效果。结果 经过实验后各项数据表明，观察组患者的舒适度及生活质量评分相对较高，与此同时心理状态得到显著改善，对护理总满意度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于康复科患者而言，舒适护理联合心理宣教护理干预手段的实施能够有效提升患者舒适度及生活质量，缓解其焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，相比常规护理患者满意度较高。

Abstract

Objective In order to achieve the purpose of improving the overall nursing quality of the rehabilitation department, this study mainly discussed the application value of comfortable nursing+psychological education.
Methods The selected 500 patients were all admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of the hospital, and they were divided into groups according to the principle of randomness, 250 cases in each group. The control group followed the routine nursing mode, and the observation group implemented comfortable nursing+psy- chological education, and compared the actual clinical nursing effect.
Results After the experiment, various data showed that the scores of comfort and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were relatively high, and at the same time, the psychological state was significantly improved, and the overall satisfaction with nursing was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients in rehabilitation department, the implementation of comfort nursing combined with psychological education nursing intervention can effectively improve patients' comfort level and quality of life, relieve their anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, and is more satisfied than routine nursing patients.
