分析建立康复护理专科质量敏感指标在推进康复科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果

摘要

目的 对建立康复护理专科质量敏感指标在促进康复科护理质量持续改进过程中的应用价值展开详细分析。方法 为了将当前康复科的护理质量持续提升和改进，首先需在科室内实施有效的护理管理措施，研究开展对比实验，实验对象为本院的80例康复科患者，将患者进行双盲分组后，分别采取不同的护理方式，即常规护理管理以及康复专科质量敏感指标管理，比较两组护理管理结果。结果 在对比管理结果后发现，观察组管理结果相比对照组之间有着较大的区别和差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在康复科内护理管理中，建立康复护理专科质量敏感指标可以促进护理质量的持续改进，从而提升当前康复科的护理水平提升。

Abstract

Objective To conduct a detailed analysis of the application value of establishing quality-sensitive indicators of rehabilitation nursing specialty in promoting the continuous improvement of nursing quality in rehabi- litation department.
Methods In order to continuously improve and improve the nursing quality of the current reha- bilitation department, it is first necessary to implement effective nursing management measures in the department, and carry out comparative experiments. The experimental subjects are 80 patients in the rehabilitation department of the hospital, and the patients are divided into double-blind groups. Afterwards, different nursing methods, name- ly routine nursing management and quality-sensitive index management of rehabilitation specialists were adopted respectively, and the nursing management results of the two groups were compared.
Results After comparing the management results, it was found that the management results of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing management of rehabilitation department, the establishment of quality-sensitive indicators of rehabilitation nursing specialty can promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality, thereby enhancing the current nursing level of rehabilitation department.
